This Cookie Policy explains how Inmoconnect uses cookies and similar technologies on www.inmoconnect.com, staging.inmoconnect.com, dashboard.inmoconnect.com and related subdomains. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, session storage and pixels where relevant. Cookies can be first-party (set by Inmoconnect) or third-party (set by a provider whose content or service we embed).

Cookies may be placed when you use:

Our public marketing website (www.inmoconnect.com) — including Google Analytics when you consent.
Our staging environment (staging.inmoconnect.com) — same consent configuration as production.
Our CRM dashboard (dashboard.inmoconnect.com) — session and security cookies always; Google Maps on selected property screens only if you accept preferences/functionality cookies.
Public property pages and shared listing links — maps or video embeds only load after the relevant consent category is accepted.

We use CookieScript as our consent management platform (CMP). On your first visit you are shown a banner with equivalent options to Accept all, Decline all and Customize. Non-essential cookies and scripts are blocked by default. We implement Google Consent Mode v2 with default “denied” for analytics and advertising storage until you choose otherwise.

You can accept, reject or change your cookie preferences at any time using Cookie settings in the site footer or the consent banner when shown.

When subdomain sharing is enabled in CookieScript, your choice on one Inmoconnect subdomain (for example www) is remembered on other subdomains (for example dashboard), subject to your browser settings.

Strictly necessary: Required for security, login sessions, CSRF protection, bot mitigation (Cloudflare), consent storage (CookieScript) and spam prevention (Google reCAPTCHA on forms). These cannot be disabled through our consent tool because the site would not work safely without them.

Legal basis (EU/EEA): Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in providing a secure, functioning service; and, where applicable, exemption from consent for strictly necessary cookies under the ePrivacy rules.

Preferences (functionality): Remember choices that improve your experience, such as language settings and interactive embeds you enable (for example Google Maps on property pages). These are blocked until you accept this category.

Legal basis (EU/EEA): Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent via our cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.

Analytics (performance): Help us measure traffic and understand how visitors use our marketing website (Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-KQXTN9BPD6 on www.inmoconnect.com). These load only if you accept this category. Analytics is not used on the logged-in CRM dashboard.

Marketing (targeting): Used for advertising measurement, remarketing and third-party media embeds such as YouTube videos. These load only if you accept this category.

The table below lists the main cookies and similar technologies we use or allow after consent. After each CookieScript site scan, this list is reviewed and updated if new cookies are detected.

Cloudflare — CDN, security and bot management (__cf_bm, cf_clearance, _cfuvid).
Google Analytics — Website analytics on the marketing site only (Google Analytics 4). Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Google Maps — Interactive maps on property pages when you accept preferences cookies. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
YouTube — Embedded videos when you accept marketing cookies. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Google reCAPTCHA — Protects registration and contact forms from abuse (_GRECAPTCHA). Treated as strictly necessary.

You can manage cookies in several ways:

Use Cookie settings in our footer to reopen the consent panel and change or withdraw your choices.
Configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Guidance is available from your browser vendor (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.).
Install Google’s opt-out add-on for Analytics where available, or use industry tools such as youronlinechoices.eu for interest-based advertising.

Some providers (Google, Cloudflare, CookieScript) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the providers’ participation in recognised transfer frameworks. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove services, when regulations change, or after a cookie scan. The “Last updated” date at the top will change accordingly. Material changes may also be reflected in the consent banner.
